About Kim

Kim has an AGS (History Concentration); a BGS (Human Services Concentration); a Certificate in Paralegal Studies; a Certificate in Grant Writing; and is working on finishing her Masters in Human Resource Management (in the near future).

In 2013 Kim was awarded the Paralegal Outstanding Student of the Year award from TCC.

Tacoma Community College offers a full ABA approved paralegal program to perspective students.

In no way is anything on Kim's "Law Journal" (hereafter Kim's Journal)  to be construed to be or implied to be legal advice.

Kim enjoys research and this blog exists to satisfy her occasional need to do just that when a case catches her eye.  In no way are her thoughts or opinions to be taken as what any professional judicator would surmise.

She requests that if you happen upon a brief that you need for a class that you respectfully not commit plagiarism or in anyway call her work your own.  Likely you will be expelled from your college or university if you are caught doing this (they have very elaborate programs that search for these things now).

On a personal note:  Kim loves blogging, gardening, photography, and spending time with her husband, young daughter, and other close family members and friends.  On top of her studies, and work she also homeschools.

Thank you.
